Important Rules for Make Up Classes
If you want to cancel a class any day, you are required to inform your teacher on the Zoom/Skype or email us/ text us 5 hours earlier to avail the makeup class.
We offer 3 make up classes in a given membership month.
For cancellation of class you can either inform your teacher or you can notify Support Team.

Student won't be qualified for any makeup class if the student misses his/her any class without prior notification (except in case of emergency), absent will be marked and no makeup class will be arranged.
We won't offer makeup classes for religious occasions, for example, EID-ul-Fitr and EID-ul-Adha. Eid Holidays are included in the monthly fees and there are no make up classes and no refunds for these holidays.
Terms & Conditions of Fee
❏ After successful completion of free trial sessions, you may decide to continue. We will charge the fee in advance when you join our regular classes. Classes may be discontinued (paused) if you do not pay the fee by the due date.p>
❏ HFor students who agree to the terms of service, HolyQuranClasses will raise fees by only 7-8% of the present fee. The increase will be charged at the end of the successful completion of each year.
HolyQuranClasses reserves the right to discontinue your classes if the payment is more than seven days overdue without a previously-approved reason.
HolyQuranClasses reserves the right to cancel the classes of any student who remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notification. No refund will be issued, as per our terms of service.
Refundable Fees Policy
❏ If Student will leave course before the course begins to date.
Full discount (100%) of the amount will be repaid to the
❏ If Student will stop classes after the first week then 75% of the Amount will be refunded.
❏ If Student stop classes in the middle of the month then 50% credit will be given.
❏ If Student will stop classes after the Third week then 25% of the Amount will be refunded.
How To Submit Refund Request
❏ All requests for refunds must be made in writing.
Requests must include students and client full name &

❏ All refunds are to be made within 7 days after receiving notice in writing from the student .
