Refundable Fees Policy
❏ If Student will leave course before the course begins to date.
Full discount (100%) of the amount will be repaid to the
❏ if Student will stop classes after the first session than half of the Amount will be refunded.
❏ If student stop classes in the middle of the month then No refund or credit will be given. .
How To Submit Refund Request
❏ All requests for refunds must be made in writing.
Requests must include students and client full name &
❏ Submit request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
❏ All refunds are to be made within 10 days after receiving notice in writing from the student .
Make Up Classes
❏ Student can demand to make up class on the off chance
that he/she not ready to make a regular class for any given
day.Please inform us at least a 24 hours early, we don't
offer same day request for makeup class.
❏ We offer 3 make up classes in a given membership month.
❏ We won't offer makeup classes for religious occasions, for example, EID-ul-Fitr and EID-ul-Adha or some other.
❏ Student won't be qualified for any makeup class if the student misses his/her class according to given timetable. An official solicitation require for outstanding circumstances.
How to Submit Course Cancellation Requests
